Agreement between Hotelier's and GuestJet.com
This agreement is between GuestJet.com website(s) to Hotelier's who are associated with us. Services are offered on the condition, terms, notices contained herein.
  In this document, terms that commence are defined in this Section.


  • "Hotel Details / Hotel data " means, hotel room details, photo,rates, availability.
  • "Our Network" means, affiliate, hotel booking website, and travel agents associated with GuestJet.com
  • "GuestJet / We" means guestjet.com
  • Hotelier/ you " mean hotels / hotel owner to whom we are making agreement with.
  • "Pre-deposit account" means certain amount is deposited to hotelier's account for commission settlement.
  • "Guest" means customer who has booked a room using our system.
  • "Commission" means percentage of total booked amount except taxes and other extra service charges.
  • "Our System" means hotelier control panel, technology core for data distribution.
Hotel Verification
  In order to get hotel details published through our network, hotelier's first need to get verification. Without verification, hotelier's website will not be published to our network, but it will be visible and accessible form hotelier's website. We need the following documents to complete hotel verifications.
  • Copy of signed agreement.
  • Copy of signed commission and other charges.
  • Copy of hotel registration and ownership certificates.
  • Copy of Photo ID ( driving license or National identification card or passport)
  • Name, address of hotel owners and main contact person for bookings in hotel letterhead.
Rates / Fees / Commissions.
  We work with a different model. Basically, most of working structures are first discussed with hoteliers. Normally Guestjet.com takes 7% to 18% of total booked amount, except taxes and other charges, as commission from hoteliers on each booking made using our system. This commission is subject to our refundable policy. We will distribute commissions to our network partners from the above commissions we receive. Guests only pay remaining amount at your hotel. Hoteliers can use their own credit card verification system or they can use ours. Credit card verification will be used only for verification and reserve amount (if needed). If hoteliers want to use our credit card verification for booking, 7% of total booked amount except taxes and other charges, will be charged for each booking made, which is non refundable.
Refund Policy.

Each hotelier should supply their refund policy. Refunds to the Guests should be made on the basis of each hotel's policy. As we do not take payment from guests, we are not liable to any refund policy to the guest. Any dispute between hotel and guest must be resolved by respective bodies.
Guestjet.com refund policy for commissions as follows.:

  • If our credit card validation is used, there is no refund for the 7% commission we charged. Money will be deduced automatically from hotelier's account.
  • If guest cancels within 5 days of reservation made, we will refund 90% of commission amount.
  • if guest cancels within 48 hours, 50% of commission amount will be refunded.
  • Any cancellation beyond 48 hours will not be subjected to any refund.
  • Minimum 10% of commission amount, or $5, whichever is higher, will be held as administrative services.

Data Distribution

Hotelier's data entered from our system will only be distributed once their account is verified; whereas data will be available to the hotelier's website all the time. Static data like hotel information, photos , images, room names and details, etc. will be distributed to our network partners within 15 days from the date they are updated and verified. Data verification will be done manually by Guestjet.com before distribution to prevent any false claims, bad wording and spaming. Updated data will take some time to be displayed to our network partners. This depends on how often they update static data. Rates will be available on real time to our network partners. Data validation will be done on rates also. The first time data distribution to our network partners will take 30 to 45 days as we have to make appropriate payment gateway integration and other modifications before distribution. Hotelier's personal data like tel, fax, email and website will not be distributed to our network. A copy of email confirmation will be sent to guests with tel, fax, email and website data , when they make any bookings.

Hoteliers Website updates / Integration Services.

Guestjet.com can also provide website design or redesign services to hoteliers at a reasonable cost. Services like booking engine integration, booking page customizations, etc. will be subjected to additional charge. Hotel static data and rates can also be managed by us. Hoteliers can send us fax or email with updated data and Guestjet.com will update them on behalf of client. Cost for data updates, website design, etc. can be fixed with mutual understanding of both parties.

Intellectual Property Rights
  All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in or relating to the contents of the Website belong to either guestjet.com, Providers, or our other business partners or suppliers. All Intellectual Property Rights are protected by law and you may not copy, republish or otherwise use the content of the Website, save as provided in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
  • Although commercially reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure that the content of the Website is correct, we are not therefore responsible for the content of any website's that have Links with the Website including the Provider's website, or for the consequences of your entering into any contract(s) with their owners. We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, costs or liability incurred by you as a result.

  • We use commercially reasonable efforts to check for the most commonly known viruses, but we do not confirm that the Website, any e-mails or attachments are virus free and cannot accept any liability in this regard. We therefore recommend you carry out your own virus checks.

  • Nothing within these Terms operates so as to restrict our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees or sub-contractors or, if you are a consumer, affects your statutory rights.

  • We are continuously updating our system to avoid any fraudulent activity in terms of booking, hacking, cracking, DOS attacks and other computer related problems. But we are not liable for any damage caused by hacking,cracking, dos attacks and other computer related problems.

  • We will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability which you may incur (including without limitation any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities or your inability to access the Website for any reason or any failure, error or delay in the sending or receiving of any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium). We do not guarantee that the Website will be a continuous service or error free or that any defect will be correctable.

Currency / Currency Converters

Guestjet.com will use USD currency as the baseline. We will first convert currency you have used to USD and then reconvert it to other currency based on exchange rates. Currency exchange rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. At the time of purchase, USD currency rate will be applied. In order to avoid any mistake on conversion rates, it is highly recommended to use USD as your default currency. Guestjet.com will not be liable for any mistakes that occurs due to different exchange rates for currencies other than USD.


We reserve the right to cancel our service or services at any time for any reason.
